Jessy has worked in the fitness and yoga industries for over 20 years. Her resume includes personal training, TRX, spin, Animal Flow and many yoga trainings. Her yoga style is a blend of Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin and somatic movement.
Jessy is passionate about movement and loves working with individuals and groups to educate them on their bodies and how to move in ways to decrease pain and improve performance. She is great at teaching to students of varying abilities and experience and will help you practice at a level best for you.
You can expect playful, yet challenging classes, where you can explore your own mind body connection. Jessy’s compassion, creativity and attention to detail keeps students engaged in a fun and safe way. Whatever your goal, she will motivate you to get there.
